Salary Up to £36,000 per annum, pro rata (including out-of-hours allowance)

In this varied and challenging role you will join a small but committed IT team providing excellent support to the staff and student community at Goodenough College which will provide you with an exposure to a broad range of IT and communication disciplines.

As the IT Manager you will be managing the Helpdesk and will undertake IT projects. As well as support the Head of IT in the development of the College’s IT systems.

You will be responsible for running the desktop and infrastructure support team, maintaining and improving the organisation’s wired and wireless network infrastructure and providing support for all servers, PCs and phone systems.

You will be customer focused, a good communicator and supportive of other colleagues and students that have varying levels of IT knowledge. You will enjoy working within a team and collaborating with other teams across the College. We expect you to be organised, with the ability to be flexible and juggle competing priorities. A keen interest in new technologies and applications would be beneficial.

We are currently recruiting for a Soft FM Manager on a fixed term contract for 9 months, to be responsible for the effective delivery of all Soft FM services, including catering, cleaning, housekeeping & events. You will be supporting and managing the strategic delivery & development of the Soft FM contracts for the College. You will also provide advice & support to the College on all aspects of the Soft FM services.

You will have experience of Soft FM management within a relevant business operation and a proven track record of managing catering, cleaning & events business and staff & budgets. You will also possess strong financial acumen and understanding.

Salary £37,000 - £40,000 per annum, pro rata

We are looking to recruit a Database Solutions Manager to support the Development and External Relations team to market the College and raise funds to support our growing scholarship and bursary programme, unique programme and historic estate in the heart of Bloomsbury.

Alongside the business critical day to day management of the teams Raisers Edge database, the primary purpose of the role is to to review the database and develop and implement a project plan to ensure that the database is ‘fit for purpose’ in supporting the work of the College’s fundraising and marketing activities. A key part of this process will be working with the Development team to establish a major donor prospect management system. You provide the experience and expertise to shape the way the College uses data and the framework to ensure data structures and processes support organisational priorities.

You will have a breadth of experience of using Raiser’s Edge. You will also be able to work with high levels of accuracy with numbers and data and to interpret detailed information.
