Salary: £24,362 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Day Reception Supervisor who will assist in managing the reception areas at Goodenough College. We are looking for someone who is professional, enthusiastic, self -motivated and well organised with previous experience of working in a 3 or 4 star hotel reception or equivalent corporate environment.

Through your customer service and supervision skills you will ensure a high standard of service is given at all times. You will be approachable and flexible, performance orientated, be able to motivate others and have the ability to problem solve. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task under pressure and be responsible for setting the tone of the organisation and enjoy leading teams.

We are looking for someone who is professional, self –motivated, pro-active and well organised with previous experience of working in a 3 or 4 star hotel reception, a halls of residence or an equivalent corporate environment. 

Through your leadership and customer service you will ensure a high standard of service is given at all times to our students, visitors and short-stay guests. You will be approachable and flexible, performance orientated, be able to motivate others and have excellent problem solving skills. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task under pressure and be responsible for setting the tone of the organisation and enjoy leading a team of supervisors and receptionists.
