Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum

Our business is growing and so is our team! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join our commercial events team in this brand new role.

Located in the heart of Bloomsbury, Goodenough College provides a unique living experience to International and UK postgraduate students.  This Grade 2* listed venue offers 9 event spaces each with a personality of their own from oak panelled walls and high vaulted ceilings to outdoor space perfect for summer receptions and team building events. 

As the first point of contact you will support the events team by actively taking enquiries, providing quotes and ensuring the maximisation of sales in order to hit monthly and annual targets to help support the College in its charitable aims.  You will also have experience in professionally providing efficient event planning to support internal and external events.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has excellent time management skills, is familiar with diary management and has prior experience of working in a commercial event environment

Salary £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, pro rata

We are looking to recruit a Data & Insight Manager to support the Development and External Relations team to market the College and raise funds to support our growing scholarship and bursary programme, unique extra-curricular activity and historic estate in the heart of Bloomsbury. This is a maternity cover role aimed at building on the strong database management systems and practices already in place.

The primary purpose of the role is to to be responsible for the College’s Alumni database, and to provide research, analysis and insight for the Development and External Relations team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the database and for identifying Alumni and other individuals, foundations and corporations who may be willing to support to the College.

You will have a breadth of experience in Raiser’s Edge or a similar fundraising, marketing or CRM database. You will also be able to work with high levels of accuracy with numbers and data, and to interpret detailed information.

Goodenough College provides accommodation to international postgraduate students in a friendly and collegiate setting. The role of the Dean is to empower and encourage students to participate in the life of the College’s community, chiefly through the organisation of events. The College seeks to appoint a Dean’s Programme & Events Co-ordinator who will support his administration and be a vital part in the organisation of student life.

You will be responsible for supporting the Dean in his role by arranging and co-ordinating meetings and other events, communicating with a number of stakeholders, providing administrative support and by maintaining all relevant papers on their behalf.

It is essential that you have experience in working as an administrator supporting a senior executive or manager in their day to day operations alongside organising meetings and events. You will also have relevant experience in maintaining appropriate records along with excellent written and oral communication skills.

You will need a proactive approach to problem solving, able to work with complete integrity and confidentiality and the ability to show interest in the life of the College and its events.
