Salary: £23,783 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Night Reception Supervisor to look after our reception and security. You will be professional and enthusiastic with previous Supervisory or Duty Management experience in a 3 or 4 star hotel or equivalent corporate environment. You will also support the College Reception Manager in the overall management of the reception areas and assist in the supervision and support of the night reception team to ensure that they are motivated, meet daily objectives in line with college standards and offer good customer service.

As the Night Reception Supervisor you will have operational knowledge of all front of house services and requirements. You will have an approachable manner with the ability to establish positive relationships and rapport. You will be well presented with strong communication skills, be performance oriented and pro-active.

Situated in one of London's finest garden squares, Goodenough College is an independent educational charity that develops future leaders by providing a welcoming residential community for international postgraduate students and their families, irrespective of background.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Development Manager to raise funds to support our growing scholarship and bursary programme, unique extra-curricular activity and our historic estate in the heart of Bloomsbury. This is a new role aimed at building on the strong fundraising foundations and relationships already in place.

The primary purpose of the role is to manage and build a strategic portfolio of high net worth individual prospects in the main but to also develop relationships with corporates, trusts and foundations particularly with regards to our Alumni and city connections.

Along with managing the Development Manager, the post holder will also deputise for the Director of Development and External Relations as required and work closely with the Director in developing the fundraising strategy.
You will have a breadth of experience in account management and building great rapport with a range of donors and influencers.
A confident networker, you should enjoy getting out and about locally and in the city to achieve long- lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships. You will have a great track record in working with high net worth individuals and delivering passionate, bespoke asks to attract five and six-figure donations to the College.
You will be able to balance working independently, and in a team environment. You will bring your excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

A fantastic role for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator has become available working for the Goodenough College Events and Venue Hire business.

In this role you will be actively taking enquiries, providing quotes and help to maximise the conversion of sales in order to hit monthly and annual targets to support the College in its charitable aims. You will ensure that as the first point of client contact all communication is dealt with professionally and you will provide efficient and professional event planning to support college meetings and internal/external events.

The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in an event or hospitality environment. With good time management skills and be able to work well under pressure.
They should also be able to use specialist booking systems and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
