Goodenough College is delighted to be hosting the 2016 International Houses Worldwide Conference (IHWW) from 24th June to 1st July 2016.
IHWW is a group of separate, independent, non-profit making institutions united by one mission. All IHWW Houses provide long and short term accommodation for students, offering great value, a friendly atmosphere and a safe environment. The annual conference provides an opportunity for the Directors of international houses from around the world to consider issues of interest and share good practice.
The 2016 conference will begin at Goodenough College’s Scottish study centre, The Burn. Delegates will then travel to London to stay at the Goodenough Club and enjoy a variety of conference sessions and presentations. The week will culminate with a dinner, sponsored by StarRez, the market leader in housing and conference systems, at which the guest speaker will be StarRez COO Travis Knipe.
Andrew Ritchie, Director of Goodenough College, said:
“Goodenough College is very proud to be a member of IHWW and to be hosting the 2016 conference. All members of IHWW give students the opportunity to live and learn in a multicultural environment. Individuals with vastly divergent beliefs learn to accept differences in thought and tradition, and acquire intercultural skills that enhance their capacity as future leaders in the global community.”
