The Queen has met with old acquaintances and made some new, young friends during her visit to Goodenough College, a residence for British and international postgraduate students studying in London.
The Queen's visit to the college's William Goodenough House comes almost 60 years after she opened the building. Well-wishers offered bouquets and waved flags as the 90-year-old monarch arrived at Goodenough College in Mecklenburgh Square, central London, on Thursday afternoon.
The Queen will met students from across the Commonwealth and alumni, including David Paget, who she initially met at a College event in 1963.
