Goodenough College celebrated the end of our academic year with a fantastic Leavers' Dinner held on the 8th June 2017.
The Class of 2017 gathered in London House for drinks and to see a rose bush planted in memory of Stefania, before heading upstairs to the Great Hall for a 3 course meal.
After the meal, our Director Andrew Ritchie spoke about their time in the college and the achievements of our members during the last academic year. Six of our members received PhD's and were presented with a special book to commemorate their academic achievements.
In addition, our Class of 2017 raised over £2,000 for the Leavers' Gift, a traditional donation from the departing members to help fund sport, art, culture and other societies here at the college for the next academic year.
It was a splendid event and we wish our leavers all the best. Although they may now be departing the college, they remain part of the Goodenough family as they join the proud Goodenough Alumni community.
