Janine Binks

Janine Binks joined the College in 2009.  As Director of Operations she is responsible for strategic planning for both HR and IT, for management of the College’s reception desks and for employment law and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance for the College.

Before joining the College, Janine worked for a prestigious law firm managing their front office functions from reception to security and overseeing the catering aspect of a busy conference suite. Her experience in training and developing staff was gained during many years working in the hospitality industry.

Janine gained her CIPD qualification in 2013 and has continued to grow her HR knowledge specialising in soft HR skills.
