Alumni benefits

Our Alumni Benefits programme offers discounts on accommodation, access to events and facilities and free publications keeping you up to date with news from the College. Our Alumni can:

• Receive exclusive discounted rates on short-stay and sabbatical accommodation at the College (check availability here),  on four-star accommodation at The Goodenough Hotel and at our Scottish retreat The Burn. To obtain the Alumni discount code please email alumni@goodenough.ac.uk before booking. Stays at the Hotel now also include a complimentary Full English Breakfast, complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability), an early check in or late check out (subject to availability) and free cancellation within 24 hours prior to check in.
• Receive a 10% Alumni discount off all food and drink in Freddie’s and in the Great Hall.
• Sublet a student room in London House or William Goodenough House (all current sublet listings are available to view by signing up to our online Alumni site Goodenough Global).
• Attend special College events for Alumni. Visit the Alumni Diary to find out what’s coming up.
• Host an event at Goodenough College and benefit from an Alumni discount. Contact our Events team to find out more.
• Book the Chapel for special services, including weddings and baptisms. Contact the Revd Dr Alan McCormack at alan.mccormack@goodenough.ac.uk for further details.
• Receive The Goods, our bi-monthly e-newsletter
• Keep in touch with fellow Alumni via Goodenough Global or our groups on Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create a tribute page on MuchLoved – a special service for Alumni. We have arranged a special service with MuchLoved, to allow you to set up and share tribute pages for loved ones who have passed on.

Alumni are very welcome to visit the College any time of the year.  If you are visiting a current Member or staff or attending an event, you just need to turn up.  If you are dropping in for a coffee or dinner, or to show friends and family the College you can:

• Email us in advance, to let us know when you plan to visit
• Turn up and fill out a short visitors’ form at Reception on the day
• If you are a regular visitor to the College, it may be worth buying an Alumni Access Card (£15, valid for three years) as this allows you to simply tap in and out each time.  You can find more information and apply for one here
