Goodenough College is a charity with an excellent reputation. Our aim is to provide a safe and supportive home to those who choose to live with us and to be good neighbours to those who live close by. We hope you never have cause to complain, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If you’d like to make a complaint, we will handle it in a consistent, fair, transparent, and compliant way.

How to give feedback or make a complaint
The easiest way is to contact or speak to the staff. That way, we can start to help right away. However, we understand that, sometimes, you’d like to speak to someone else.
