We are looking for a friendly and professional Deputy manager to support the College’s Hard FM Manager. The post holder will help ensure the effective delivery of reactive maintenance tasks; work on the planning and delivery of preventative maintenance and estates projects; and support and implement the strategic delivery and development of the College’s Asset Replacement Plan and the planning of future estates projects.

We’re looking for someone with an HND in a construction /engineering related subject (or relevant FM or maintenance experience) and a proven track record delivering reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and building project works and in managing related budgets.

To succeed in the role you’ll need to be self-motivated, flexible, well organised, and have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
