We are looking for a friendly and personable Development and Alumni Relations Assistant to assist in the smooth running of the Development and Alumni Relations department, and help the team to meet its goals.
The role includes providing general administrative support to team projects, managing correspondence, maintaining a digital filing system, attending and supporting events and keeping records up-to-date in the College’s Raisers Edge database.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the Development (fundraising) or Alumni Relations functions, or have transferable administrative experience, ideally in a small team. In addition you will need to be a team player and self-motivated, with a meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
