Director of Estates

Goodenough College is an educational charity that for more than 90 years has offered talented postgraduates from all over the world a supportive community in which to live, study and access outstanding opportunities.  The College owns an extensive historic estate, centered on Bloomsbury’s Mecklenburgh Square, as well as a separate Scottish estate.

Seeking to take a more strategic approach to the management of our estate, we have created this new role for someone who will thrive on ensuring that the maintenance, refurbishment and development of our College properties is well-structured and responsive to our long-term aspirations.  Our property portfolio includes listed buildings as well as more modern developments, so an understanding of planning and building regulatory requirements is essential.

We are looking for a self-starter with senior-level experience of strategic and operational estates management, along with proven leadership skills.
