Goodenough College is a stimulating, inclusive and mutually supportive residential community in the heart of London where exceptional postgraduate students exchange ideas, debate values and form lasting friendships.

One of the keys to the charity’s success is its staff. We are a busy, happy, diverse team of around 80 people and the College is proud of its record on the achievements, wellbeing and high retention rate of its staff. To help us continue our journey we are now looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join us and take responsibility for delivery of all aspects of the HR function.

We are seeking an experienced leader with the skills and knowledge to take ownership of the College’s HR systems and digital platforms and to manage effectively all processes relating to recruitment, employer compliance, budgets, staffing, training and culture. To succeed in the role you are likely to have experience of strategic and operational HR management in an organisation of similar complexity to the College and be looking for a proactive, self-reliant role to build on your already successful track record.
