Congratulations to Estelle O’Callaghan on the release of her first book, about social purpose project management, published in early 2021.

Estelle O’Callaghan CF is the founder and Director of 3P Delivery Authority. As a thought leader her mission is to support social purpose professionals to turn big ideas into projects that make the ideas happen, so that together they can create real and positive social change.
Estelle’s first book about social purpose project management, Rock Your Roll-Out: A New Method for Social Purpose Project Management, introduces the reader to the concept of Social Purpose Project Management and the ‘Ghanvey Method’ which she developed over 25 years in the field. The Ghanvey Method provides provides a step by step plan for implementing strategic programs and project efficiently and effectively, reducing risk and amplifying outcomes for your organisation in the process.
Estelle works with governments, statutory authorities, not-for-profit organisations, philanthropic bodies and corporate social responsibility in business. She has turned around projects and teams from the brink of despair to sustainable outcomes achievement.
With over 25 years in the field and with three careers spanning music education, public administration and coach consultant, Estelle has developed her own project management method to respond to common problems and to resonate with the social purpose sector. She holds a Bachelor of Music (Hons), a Master of Arts, an Executive Master of Public Administration, a Certificate IV in Personal and Business Coaching, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Churchill Fellow.
