Martin Schwab

Martin Schwab has been involved in the College governance since 2009. He first served as a Governor, before joining the Board in 2011. He is also an Alumnus of the College.

Martin is currently a Partner at Pamplona Capital Management LLP, Private Equity. Prior to joining the firm, he was responsible for Financial Sponsors and Nordic Coverage in Equity Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 2004.

Between 2000 and 2004, Martin was an Investment Executive at CapVest Limited, where he was responsible for acquisitions and portfolio company monitoring and development in Germany. Prior to this, he was at Merrill Lynch, specialising in media and telecom investment banking from 1997 to 2000.

Martin holds an MSc degree in Economics fromthe  London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelors degree in Economics and a BS in Economics from the University of Ottawa.
