Canadian students – LGAC announces 2023-24 Scholarships

The 2023-24 London Goodenough Association of Canada (LGAC) Scholarship Application process is now open (application deadline 27 January).

The LGAC is offering five or more scholarships with a value up to £6,000 each, as well as the Jackman Foundation Scholarship valued at £10,000.

The LGAC is an alumni association of Canadians who lived at Goodenough College in Mecklenburgh Square, London, the pre-eminent residence for international graduate students in London. For over 20 years, the LGAC’s main focus has been its Scholarship Programme, which is open to Canadian graduate students studying in London (Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada).

The LGAC Scholarships support graduate study by providing funds to support the cost of accommodation at Goodenough College. Scholarships are awarded principally on the basis of academic excellence, but also take in to account the expected contribution that winners will make to the extracurricular life at Goodenough College.

Other Scholarships to support graduate students to live at Goodenough College are also available. Applications for the LGAC (London Goodenough Association of Canada) scholarships are entirely independent from Goodenough College Scholarships. Applications for Goodenough College Scholarships are made at the time of applying to the College and are open throughout the year until August 2023.
