At Goodenough College we give our residents (we call them Members) a unique experience. We provide award winning contemporary accommodation in the heart of London’s historic university district.

Goodenough College is a not-for-profit organisation with a special history and ethos. We bring together Members from around the world, helping them to make friends, discover new interests and grow their professional networks, while experiencing everything London has to offer. We offer a safe and friendly home-from-home to outstanding postgraduate students and their families. All services are available on site (superb study spaces; subsidised restaurant, café and bar facilities and self-catering kitchens; private gardens; social activities; pastoral care and much more).

We offer a range of accommodation for single Members, couples and families with children – all located around one of London’s loveliest garden squares. Explore our accommodation and facilities by taking a virtual tour (see below).

Our central location means you can walk or cycle to most of the University of London buildings. The British Library and dozens of tourist and cultural attractions are also in easy walking distance.

The College also offers very favourable contractual terms allowing you to give 28 days’ notice after the first three months. In addition we have a scheme to allow you to sublet your accommodation if you are away (and a ready market of keen Alumni who want to sublet your room or flat). All of this in addition to over £700,000 of financial support through Scholarships and hardship funds. See the Rents Information (below) for more information on our charges.
