The College offers a variety of accommodation options from shared single rooms, ensuite rooms and family flats, alongside grand halls, libraries, and common rooms.

As Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will utilise CAFM to allocate tasks and manage workflows, while proactively reviewing the performance and productivity of the maintenance team. Leading the out-of-hours call-out service, ensuring daily cover is in place, is also a key responsibility. You will oversee the reactive works process, ensuring timely response and closure of requests within agreed timescales. You will report on incidents attended by the maintenance team and support the Technical Services Manager in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.  You will also develop and implement management tools to monitor and report on asset and building performance.

Applicants should have extensive experience in maintaining Building Services.  A strong understanding of electrical principles, including the ability to interpret schematics and drawings. Essential qualifications include 18th Edition certification, High or low voltage AP, and Testing & Inspecting 2391 certification. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

The College is offering a salary of £44,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave, additional two days at Christmas and free meal when working on site. If you think you might be that person, please read the full job description and person specification for the role before applying.
