Sarfraz Arfan

Sarfraz joined the College in January 2024, from the cultural and heritage sector and is responsible for key corporate functions covering estate management, IT and reception services. He is responsible for the IT and estate strategies and delivering the capital programme.

Sarfraz brings a wealth of experience from a range of sectors, having worked in environmental regeneration, local government, further and adult education, private consultancies and museums, across Greater Manchester, Camden and the City of London.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and completed his MSc in Management at Manchester Metropolitan University.
