LSE offers 156 courses, with a range of graduate study options, from diploma and executive programmes to taught Master’s and research programmes. The School has grown from 200 students in 1895 to around 11,000 students and 3,000 staff today. Students from over 140 countries study at the LSE, and international students make up 70% of the total student population. Nearly 55% of all students are postgraduates.

Student accommodation

Each year, LSE allocates accommodation to over 4,000 students in its own halls, in University of London intercollegiate residences and in private halls.  It also offers short-term rooms in halls over the summer.

About Goodenough College

Goodenough is an educational charity dedicated to bringing together some of the world’s brightest minds in one community. To achieve that goal it offers several Scholarships to help talented students from less privileged backgrounds to afford to live at the College. Students who have lived at Goodenough see themselves as part of a special community, which is why the College has such a thriving international Alumni community.

LSE is 1.6km away from the Goodenough College and can be walked within 21 minutes or cycled within 12 minutes.  You can also use local buses.
