 Salary Circa £45,000 - £48,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Estates & Facilities team. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of the estates project programme, minor works and reactive maintenance tasks. You will be supporting the development of the Asset Replacement Plan (ARP) and the planning of future estates projects for the College. The post holder will provide advice and support to the College on all aspects of the delivery of small project works, minor works and reactive repairs.

Previous experience of FM management within a relevant business operation is essential.The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of managing property projects including building & engineering, project teams and budgets. You will be used to consulting with stakeholders and providing clear communication on the stages of project delivery and have experience of analysing complex repairs and maintenance data, and producing technical reports. You will also have strong financial acumen & understanding.
