Our spacious one bedroom flats are located in William Goodenough House. As well as giving you an attractive living and work space, we are committed to inspiring and supporting our postgraduate College Members to accomplish their full potential. Goodenough College guarantees a well-equipped and relaxed student life with opportunities to relish an extensive range of study and leisure facilities.
You should make only one application. During the application process we will ask you how many family members will live with you at the College. If you are offered one of our one bedroom flats, we will ask you for further details of your partner or spouse.

More about our one bedroom flats
Our numerous self-contained one bedroom student flats are suitable for couples who want more space.
Each one bedroom flat has a bedroom, bathroom and either a through lounge and kitchen or a separate living room and kitchen.
The bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chair, bookshelves and a lockable fitted wardrobe with a safe.
Depending on the flat, the bathroom features a bath, with either a shower over the bath or a separate shower, WC, wash hand basin, mirror and shelves. The kitchen contains a range of kitchen cupboards, cooker, fridge, microwave and a range of cooking utensils such as crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.
The living area features a sofa bed, dining table and chairs and shelving units.
All studios and flats are centrally heated. Heating, hot water, contents insurance, bedding and towels and wi-fi are included in your rent. Council Tax and electricity is charged separately.
