Each studio flat contains a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chair, bookshelves and a lockable fitted wardrobe with a safe. The private en suite bathroom has a shower, WC, wash hand basin, mirror and shelves. A separate kitchen contains a range of kitchen cupboards, cooker, fridge, microwave and a range of cooking utensils such as crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. All studios and flats are centrally heated. Heating, hot water, contents insurance, bedding and towels and wi-fi are included in your rent. Electricity and Council Tax is charged separately.
