Two bedroom flat
Goodenough College welcomes postgraduates with families; we usually have between 50 and 60 children living at the College. We have 23 two-bedroom flats available for families with up to two children or babies. The College guarantees a well-equipped and relaxed student life with opportunities to relish an extensive range of study and family-friendly leisure facilities.
Offering a range of family friendly accommodation in the heart of central London
We offer a variety of accommodation including small and large two bedroom flats for families with up to two children, and larger three bedroom flats for those with three children. You should make only one application. During the application process we will ask you how many family members will live with you at the College. If you are offered a place, we will ask you for further details of your partner or spouse. Family flats are allocated according to the size of the family.

Our two bedroom family flats have a master bedroom, a child’s bedroom, a bathroom and either a through lounge and kitchen or a separate living room and kitchen.
The master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chair, bookshelves and a lockable fitted wardrobe. The children’s room contains a single bed (or two single beds in the larger flats), wardrobes, bedside cabinets and sometimes a desk.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, WC, wash hand basin, mirror and shelves. The kitchen contains a range of kitchen cupboards, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and a range of cooking utensils such as crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. The living room (separate or through room combined with the kitchen) has a sofa bed, dining table and chairs and shelving units.
All flats are centrally heated. Heating, hot water, contents insurance, bedding and towels and wi-fi are included in your rent. Council Tax and electricity is charged separately.

Electric cooker (four hob rings, grill and oven), microwave, fridge, sink, storage cupboards. (Large two-bedroom flats also have a dishwasher.)
Good supply of china, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils

The maximum number of residents in these flats is three, which includes children and babies
